This fellowship program is designed to provide PhD students with financial support, research assistance, and career path support to create an environment in which they can focus on their research without worrying about living expenses.
Application Period：1st call for applications in June to July 　2nd call for applications in November
*Applicants may apply even before taking the entrance examination for the doctoral program at Hokkaido University Graduate School of Economics and Business.However, even if you are selected for the fellowship program, you must take and pass the entrance examination for the doctoral program at Hokkaido University Graduate School of Economics and Business.
